With the latest photos from Perseverance showing the first full-color image of Mars, I started thinking is it possible? Can we (collectively as the homo-sapiens species) do it?
Thinking that we are approaching new paths is a really exciting idea that we need to delve deep into.
Today, traveling to Mars for us is just like our ancestors in 3000bc, traveling from Africa to Europe.
They once thought it was inconceivable, it was tough for them. But here we are living in 2021 in Europe and even the Americas that was undreamt-of.
but come on, we can even travel the distance that they spent their lifetime through, in a matter of hours.
Eventually, one-day humans will do the same with space and will conquer Mars and space.
Let us think of a prisoner, who tells his wardon,
"Hey poor man, you are in reality my prisoner, you are here obligated to *take care of me* and present food to me every meal. I pity you.."
Day after day till the wardon came into a belief that he is the real prisoner.. and the wardon escaped leaving the prisoner free.
it is all about the perspective.. you can be a free prisoner or an imprisoned free man...just like sir Plato said about the men in the cave.
They were free but they were enslaved in their minds to their old convections and comfort zone.
